White Roastery’s Signature Brew Method

☕ V60 – White Roastery Style

Assumptions:

  • Water temperature: 90°C

  • Grind size: Medium-fine

  • Blooming time: 30 seconds

  • Total water: 300 ml

  • Total brew time: 2:30 to 2:45 minutes

Brew Steps:

  • Use 20g of selected specialty coffee

  • First pour: 50 ml (Blooming – 30 sec)

  • Second pour: 100 ml (at 1:09 min)

  • Third pour: 50 ml (between 1:45–1:55 min)

  • Fourth pour: 100 ml (between 2:30–2:45 min)

We rely on precision timing, temperature, and steady pouring to ensure optimal flavor extraction.


❄️ Ice Drip – White Roastery Style

Assumptions:

  • Water temperature: 90°C

  • Ice amount: 140g

  • Grind size: Medium-fine

  • Blooming time: 30 seconds

  • Water amount: 160 ml

  • Total brew time: 1:45 to 2:00 minutes

Brew Steps:

  • Use 20g of selected specialty coffee

  • Place 140g of ice in the server

  • First pour: 50 ml (Blooming – 30 sec)

  • Second pour: 70 ml (at 1:09 min)

  • Third pour: 40 ml (between 1:45–2:00 min)
