In the case of an exchange and return of a product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you wish to exchange or return a product, taking into account the following:

- If the reason for the exchange or return is (not receiving the correct products) or due to shipping (for example, the product is broken or defective) the customer has the choice between returning the value of the product or exchanging it with another product of the same value or refunding if the product is not available, and we will pay for free shipping.
- If the reason for the exchange or return is not caused by an error on our part, the customer will be charged the shipping fee.

The ground coffee crops are not exchanged or returned after purchase unless a different crop arrives from the invoice.
- Return within 7 days and exchange within 14 days of the date of purchase.
In the event of a lack of demand:
- The incomplete order is sent by the store after making sure that the deficiency is proven by the customer.
In case of increased demand:
- The customer contacts the store’s technical support, and the technical support sends a return policy to the customer to hand it over to the shipping company specified by the store, and the store bears the entire cost of the return.
